Terms of Use for the dosamochodu.pl website and services provided electronically.
§1. General Provisions
1. The dosamochodu.pl website (hereinafter: the "Website") is operated by DOSAMOCHODU.PL W. PAPLA SPÓŁKA JAWNA, based in Jawiszowice, ul. Potok 7, 32-626 Jawiszowice, Poland, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 5492450710, KRS (National Court Register): 0000728042 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Website and the electronic services provided, in particular the parts-selection form based on the VIN number and the fleet inquiry form.

§2. Services Provided on the Website
1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:
- the parts-selection form — allowing the submission of an inquiry about selecting car parts based on the VIN number and vehicle details,
- the fleet inquiry form — allowing companies to submit an inquiry about the ongoing supply of parts for their fleet,
- providing informational content about the Service Provider's business activity.
2. Submitting an inquiry via the form does not constitute the conclusion of a sales contract or an obligation to purchase — it is an invitation to make contact and to prepare a quote.
3. Using the Website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
§3. Submitting Inquiries and Quotes
1. To receive a quote, the user completes the form, providing the required information, including the vehicle's VIN number, contact details, and a description of the parts sought.
2. The Service Provider will contact the user within 24 business hours of receiving the inquiry, presenting the selected parts and a quote.
3. Providing the correct VIN number enables precise selection of parts for a specific vehicle. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of providing incorrect vehicle data.
§4. Sales
1. Car parts are sold through two channels:
- directly through the Website — based on an inquiry submitted via the form and an individual quote; the sales contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order,
- via the Allegro platform — in the Service Provider's stores: dosamochodu_pl and DACO_DSM (the official store of the DACO Germany brand).
2. Sales made directly through the Website are governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the regulations on distance contracts. Contracts concluded via Allegro are additionally governed by the Allegro platform's terms of service and the terms of the offer.
3. The rules for returns and complaints for both sales channels are described in the "Returns and Complaints" section.
§5. Complaints Regarding the Operation of the Website
1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and the electronic services provided may be submitted to sprzedaz@dosamochodu.pl.
2. The complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§6. Personal Data and Cookies
The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§7. Final Provisions
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of services provided. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.
2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Website.
