- parts-selection form: VIN number, make and model, year of production, engine, description of parts sought, phone number, email address,
- fleet form: company name, NIP/Tax ID (optional), contact person's first and last name, phone, email, vehicle details (make, year, VIN), description of needs,
- automatically collected data: technical information about the device and how the Website is used (cookies — see item 7).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
- responding to inquiries, selecting parts, and preparing quotes — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures),
- handling fleet cooperation — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR,
- defending against and pursuing claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
- analyzing Website traffic (based on consent, via cookies) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Data Recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the Controller's business: hosting and IT service providers, courier companies (for deliveries), the accounting office, and — for sales purposes — the Allegro platform. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless required by the tool used, and appropriate safeguards are ensured in such cases.

Data from inquiries is stored for the duration of the correspondence, and then for up to 12 months from the last contact. Data related to concluded contracts is stored for the period required by tax regulations and until the statute of limitations for claims expires.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
